Because in time, the "millions of web surfers" would use the exclusive site, and then it would be much easier and faster for everyone to find property for sale using the Internet...If the Super Bowl were on one network...the consumer would learn to watch it there...hey, the Super Bowl is on one network...how come consumer advocates aren't complaining about no choice?
