A Safe Haven for Agents
Posted By: TrackMy - 03/27/2001 02:14 PM
In response to Ken Harris:
TrackMy.com would be an excellent choice.
Our first web sites for agents were up and running in 1994, long before the major national brands were around. We were the first to put a high speed digital link directly to the MLS in order to provide consistent data both to our clients web sites, and within our agent productivity tools. We were the first on the street with TrackMyDeals, a web based transaction management program.
We are not a national brand, looking for and needing millions of dollars to survive now that the stock market and private investors are pulling out of dot-coms. We are a smaller company with traditional business principals. We charge fees for services we render. We support our customers completely. We focus on what is important to our customers, the real estate agent and broker. We do not raise millions of dollars to grow beyond our means, and place our company in jeopardy of financial ruin, and potentially leaving our customers hanging out to dry because we are so deeply in debt.
Although we do offer basic templated web sites, we also have a strategic marketing agreement with Advanced Access, whose web sites are very good. Through the marriage of our HomeSearch and lead management, and Advanced Access's agents and brokers sites, we can provide you with a safe haven!
