Should Buyer's Present Offers Directly to Sellers?

Client waiting in Car?
Posted By: Creative - 09/14/2000 02:39 PM

Client waiting in their car? The Bergen County area is seeing an influx of Buyers from all over the State of New Jersey, from New York City, and, in many cases, outside the country. They may be waiting in their car, but at a traffic light in another state, and on a cell phone.
The Buyers ARE WELL REPRESENTED by Real Estate Agents here, since the Buyer is very often not available to be dragged around, from piller to post, and wait in their car for a decision. And the Sellers, who may have relocated already, are depending on their Listing Agents to handle many of the important situations that come up.
Our integrity as agents is paramount with our Buyers and Sellers, since we are their "eyes and ears" at many a negotiations, and in some cases, the only people they know in a community. We take our job a step further, not to impress the clients, but out of necessity.
