Since I already had the Supra Palm I did not feel the additional expense for the download service was that much more than I was already paying and alot more to offer potentially. However, it doesn't really have the New listings on it the next day. And the cradle doesn't work with digital phone lines. Supra warns it can fry the equipment. This is a problem at work because all the lines are digital here. Many homes in our area have at last been wired for cable...RCN,Verizon, etc. Fortunately I'm still dial-up at home and it works fine. Others in my office are having problems with the D-key malfunctioning and no way to fix it quick when you are out with customers. It used to be possible to update your code by calling 'Kim" on your cellphone.
