Chill Out

It is foolish to worry about the leads that you "are not getting" because someone clicks on a link to another resource. The only thing you (or anyone, for that matter) can measure is the number of leads you actually get. No one knows whether the person who clicked on another link would have clicked on yours if the other link wasn't there. You also don't know if that person would actually be a "lead". I would argue that that person isn't "lost", anyway. If they are serious prospects, they will come back to the property pages. If not, they were probably not good "leads" anyway.

One other thing, agents do not "give" their listings to R.com -- they are PAID FOR by R.com through the MLS.
