Yes, there are other providers of virtual tours. I am one in the Galveston/Houston Texas area (& willing to travel). I can provide 24 hour turnaround (sometimes less) on anything in my area, with a max of 72 hours. I like the Ipix tours more than visual tours, but the cost makes the visual tours more attractive (especially since Ipix raised their prices. My wife is a realtor and she provides a free virtual tour with her listings. Other agents also use my services. I think it is better for the agent to concentrate on listing and selling than to take time taking photos and putting them together. Some agents even tack the cost on to closing costs. Either way it is a small investment compared to a sales commission. Let us photogs do the manual labor and the agents can gather more listings and everyone makes $.
