Amazing Article!!!

Way to go, Blanche! I'm virtually speechless, other than to say...this entire article seems so very timely, accurate and--I guess we'll know more certainly in the future--prescient.
Wake up NAR. The time to embrace true, agency-level services is now...before the consumer mass defects to other business models. And that doesn't mean your warped, designated agency concept, which mocks representation.
Representation is something that is offered in a full and complete form, FROM DAY ONE, not when it is convenient for the provider. It is a client-based model, versus your despicable sales-based model.
The Justice Department should give up its pursuit of Microsoft. It would have enough to keep it busy for decades, if it were to turn its attention toward NAR and the abusive way that NAR manipulates consumers through the legislative process, with sham concepts like designated agency.
I look forward to the day when the fox is no longer guarding the henhouse door.
