I have had 7 Clients in the last two years who have come to me after horrid experiences with agents of MEGA BROKERS who control all the major corporate referrals into my market. Before I work with them they are required to send a letter to the managing Broker of the Mega Firm that they were either estranged or abandoned by the agent of record. This clears the air. Then I can take over the mess and straighten it out. YES this young girl needs an EXCLUSIVE buyers agent to represent her, not another ordinary agent who happens to like working with buyers:) Realty Times should research the difference in Exclusive Buyer Agents and just a plain buyer agent.
