I am 27 years of age and licensed for 2 years now. Just switched companies. The main reason for the switch is the technology and people. The agents here are younger and willing implement new ideas in technology...well new ideas in general all together. You see, change is fantastic. There are people out there who expect fancy computer tools to ease their search for a new home. Not necessarily young genX's either, just consumers embracing the change. Those of us who are willing to provide this to them today will succeed tomorrow.
