Online Numbers Game No Substitute For Results

Not all real estate sites are the same..

Don't measure all of us by the realtor site. I've followed the realtir site links to some of the brokers in this market, total page counts of 22, 37, 51. This is after some 3+- years!!
I have brokers on my http://www.capecodrealestate.com web site that I deliver over 180 visitors a day to, people spend a total of 16+- hours a day on this brokers web site.

These are not folks looking for tide charts, it ain't t-shirts were helping this broker sell.

If just a few of those 65,000 visitors to his site
end up helping his brokers sell a few homes, the cost was worth it.

Realtors covers the US market, their site stats equate to 1 visitor for every US 13 residents.

Our market is 200,000 residents, we will get 800,000 visitors.

The biggest and the best, they claim. Yet they get
1 visit for every 13 in their market, we get 4 for every person who lives on Cape Cod.

The numbers do matter, some sites do succeed, there IS a big difference on which site you are talking about.
