Apology accepted. Maybe if my response sounds like a traditional agent response, perhaps there is some merit to my viewpoint then.
One question I would like to pose to you agents out there, though: When you are in situations like this (meaning more than one buyer is bidding on the property), have you ever had the listing agent disclose to you what company (or companies) the other agent(s) work for? Do YOU disclose to the agents bidding on a property of YOURS such information? Do you disclose this information, JR? I would think most agents wouldn't know until the property actually sold.
Also, I know Coldwell Banker has many offices in the city I live in. How would you go about making sure the nearly (I would guesstimate based on the number of offices) 1,000 agents in this city do not bid on the same property?
