Of What Value to a Buyer's Agent?

Every web based "lead generating system" that I have seen is based on the premise that the agent owner of the site has a continual stream of many listings on that site. I believe that this is also the case with iLead-XL.
For those of us who primarily are "buyer's agents" (on a yearly basis we average 90% of our commissionable revenue helping folks buy a new home, not sell an existing one) how does iLead-XL help us? I believe that this question is particularly relevant with the advent of Broker Reciprocity right around the corner. If I am capable of "framing" many listings (whether they are our listings or not) into our web site as a result of Broker Reciprocity, will iLead-XL be able to differentiate which listings received the most traffic?
By the way, with all else I have to do in terms of keeping current with emails, maintaining a number of personal web sites, putting out a monthly newsletter, etc., why else do I need something else to occupy my time? Why should I be interested in which listings received the most traffic? Real estate is not like a car dealership in which I can increase my monthly allotment of a certain model which is proving to be very popular with the buying public. Just because every body was interested in that home For Sale on Smith Street and were putting in offers above the listing price, doesn't in any way mean I can just go out and offer For Sale more "Smith type" houses.
