What is Realty Times Interactive?
Realty Times Interactive is a forum for Realty Times readers, writers and staff to interact on specific topics of interest in Real Estate. Each day, Realty Times will select one or more articles written by Realty Times staff or columnists to serve as the jump-off point for the discussion. At the bottom of each of these articles will be a list of "Responses to this Article" as well as a link to "Respond to this Article". All readers are encouraged to participate -- it's your chance to "be heard"!
Do I have to register?
Only if you wish to post a response to a topic or be e-mailed when new responses are posted. Anyone can read the responses without registering. Once you have registered, you can post responses to and or "Watch" any Realty Times Interactive article.

When you click a "Watch This Post" link, Realty Times will send you an e-mail whenever anyone posts a response to the "Watched" post. This allows you to follow a discussion thread without having to check back to the site all the time. You are automatically given this option whenever you post a response yourself as well. Note: you must login in order to set a Watch.
