While all the talk of national MLS systems continues to fly around we need to keep in mind that NAR owns the domain name www.Realtor.com and it's their kid. HomeStore/RealSelect/whatever operates it under a lifetime (lifetime?) license agreement with NAR.
Unfortunately with all the money HomeStore is tossing around now it oftentimes seems like the tail is wagging the dog.
