I have to agree with Terry ,it is to bad that her agent treated her that way. Some agents are to busy for their clients to give them the attention they need when looking for a home.I only hope that I continue to give my clients the attention that they need and if I make mistakes I hope that I learn how to prevent them in the future.I'm sure we have all had a client that was hard to deal with.I think that being an agent that you are in part also a diplomat.There to smooth things over when things don't close on time or there to renegotiate when the deal falls apart over something big or small.
