What's Going On At HomeSeekers?

Blanch Evans - Journalistic Fraud
Posted By: majorcasualty - 12/13/2001 12:18 AM

Poor Blanche, she just can't seem to get the insiders like she once did with Homeseekers now that Giaimo has joined Realty Times.

Countless Reg FD violations from Blanche and John-boy here. Countless. Material. (My opinion, based on an analysis of historical public disclosures documented in articles published by Blanche Evans in Realty Times). Just look at the historical articles where Giaimo is quoted. Information not disclosed evenly to investors over an approved medium. Information not provided to investors through PAID investor relations arms but disclosed over non-traditional mediums. Information not available to the owners of the company.

Now she laments that there is nobody there for her to bleed inside information from. John gave her all the numbers and cell phones to call, to no avail. Perhaps John even walked her through a series of hard questions she could ask...questions which only an insider with fiduciary responsibility to the owners of the firm would have.

It's the mere possibility of this possible impropriety occurring that most reputable journalists would shy away from even considering this story. For that matter, the owners of Realty Times should also be somewhat concerned by Blanche's historic comments now couched in the light of a member of HMSK senior management migrating over to her employer...

After all, who can forget Blanche's Ebay alliance comments that 25 cents per share would be a bargain? Did Blanche come up with this on her own, or was she materially misled by the senior management of Homeseekers at that time, namely John Giaimo?

By all means Blanche, keep at it. Might just help the shareholders case in killing separation packages that were contingently executed based on a deal where the other parties to the deal claimed publicly they were materially misled (aka Homemark and HMI). "That's right your Honor, Mr. Giaimo is now employed by the same Realty Times that...."

Oh, and "The above information is merely the opinion of a current shareholder and nothing more." This is an opinion and response forum, and this shareholder has availed of it in suggesting that improprieties have possibly been committed.
