GREETINGS FROM ATHENS, AL -- A quaint town with a small hometown atmosphere.

For Up-to-date Stats on How Many Houses SOLD in This Area go to www.http://ElaineSellHuntsville.com
We are currently experiencing a Stable Housing Market with homes prices down slightly in some neighborhoods, but stable in most. The Greater Huntsville area's/Athen including is a unique market. And while some parts of the country are experiencing a sluggish market, Limestone County is experiencing growth with an lots of new homes for buyers to choose from. According to the North Alabama Multiple Listing Service (NALMLS), average home prices in the Huntsville/Madison area have increased over five percent since 2006. The average price of a single family residence is between $187,000 and $191,000. Upscale homes approx. $400,000 + loaded with lots of amenities.
