Inventory in Eagle River is picking up slightly with home sellers calling in ready to put homes on the market right before school gets out. Inventory in the over $400000 seems to be staying on the market a little longer and the cold weather is keeping buyers a bit shy. Activity in the 200-250 range seems pretty active but we have limited properties available in that range. From the calls now it appears we will have a military move in late Spring and we are definitely not experiencing the same downturn as the lower 48 appears to be going through. Most of our repossessed properties in Eagle River get sold prior to being put on the market. We expect the market to continue with very slight appreciation because of our prime location.
