As of Jan. 3rd, there is 92 active listings for sale in Desert Ridge:

Most other areas have a much greater amount of active short sales and foreclosures. These types of transactions seem to be decreasing this month in Desert Ridge which is stabilizing the community.

The average sold price per square foot in September in Desert Ridge was $121.00.
The average sold price per square foot in October was $112.73.

That is a 7.34% month to month decrease in prices. This decrease stems from 29 of the 49 closings were short sales or lender owned homes.
