Todays market is still a buyer's market, weather it be homes or vacant land, although we starting to see more activity in land sales and the residential market continues to be steady. As I talk to other agents in the area they are also telling me that their activity is increasing, we are now headed into the buying season with tax season coming to an end and summer around the corner.
