About John Fagundes:
Hi my name is John Fagundes and I have been involved in California and Arizona Real Estate for over 15 years. I grew up in California and ever since I can remember I have wanted to be in the Real Estate Business. Houses have always fascinated me. To this day one of my favorite things to do is look at property.
I grew up in Redding, California. I lived there till I was a sophomore in High School. Then I moved to Reno, Nevada for a few years to finish high school. Upon my 18th birthday I moved back to Redding where I lived until I was 21. At that time I moved to San Francisco. I lived in the SF bay area for 7 years. During this time is when I decided to get my Real Estate license and practice Real Estate full time. I moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 2001 and immediately started my classes for my license here in Arizona. I have been practicing Real Estate in Arizona now since 2001. I am working with Dan Schwartz Realty.
Last year we adopted a little boy from Guatemala. He has been home since November of 2006. It is amazing how a child will change your entire thought process of everything that you thought you knew. He is a true joy and a blessing in our lives and we are very proud to call him our Son. His name is Ayden Michael.
I also have two brothers and one sister. My little brother Nathan lives with his wife and my niece Jordan. They are expecting number two beginning of next year. It is going to be a little boy. We are so excited about this.
My sister and her husband Troy live in Concord, Ca. They have four boys…. Oh ya four. They are my nephews Timothy, Tylar, Michael, and Kodey. It is always so much fun hanging out with them.
My mother is in the construction business in California. She loved this work. It is disappointing at times though as we do not get to see her as much as we would like. My father lives in Wasilla, AK. He lives there with his common law wife and three other siblings of mine. Mylene, Douglas and Kayla. Mylene just had a little boy Peter so I am an uncle on that side too.
