Market conditions in the Phoenix Central Corridor area indicate a tough market. Home prices are decreasing to what the market will bare.
The inventory of homes is definitely on the rise and more homes are on the market for longer extended periods of time. This is good news for Buyers because there are so many more homes to choose from; however this could possibly be just the opposite for Sellers, as this will extend the time homes remain active on the market for sale.
Overall, compared with other major cities throughout the country, the Phoenix Metropolitan housing market is still considered a bargain. Coupled with the fact that interest rates are still at historically low levels, prices have decreased, now's the best time to buy your dream home.
