Overall Market. Inventories are unchanged from last week. Total of 45029 active listings with 4584 closings in the last month. About a 9 3/4 month supply
Phoenix. Inventories are down 1% from last week. Total of 11206 active listings with 1143 closings in the last month. About a 9 3/4 month supply.
West Valley. Inventories are unchanged from last week. Total of 11412 active listings with 1353 closings in the last month. About an 8 1/2 month supply.
NE Valley. Inventories are down 1% from last week. Total of 5672 active listings with 289 closings in the last month. About a 19 1/2 month supply.
SE Valley. Inventories are unchanged from last week. Total of 10028 active listings with 1297 closings in the last month. About a 7 3/4 month supply.
Scottsdale over $1m. Inventories are unchanged from last week. Total of 1510 active listings with 26 closings in the last month. About a 58 month supply.
Scottsdale under $1m. Inventories are down 2% from last week. Total of 2466 active listings with 192 closes in the last month. About a 12 3/4 month supply.
Paradise Valley. Inventories are unchanged from last week. Total of 531 active listings with 15 closes in the last month. About a 35 1/2 month supply.
