Scottsdale is very diverse with old neighborhoods that you can still buy a house for around $200,000 to the more wealthy neighborhoods where homes are in the millions.
Sale prices in Scottsdale rose slightly this week 5/3 but given the fragile market these days it is hard to say that it is an upward trend. The median list price of the least expensive homes in Scottsdale is $239,900 with an average of 146 Days on market. The median list price overall in this market was $609,950 with an average Days on Market of 202.
