The median sales price of homes in Tempe is $248,000, this is down slightly from 6 months ago. Tempe is still a good bargain, in my opinion. If you are on a budget, condos in Tempe are a good option, most are offering generous builder incentives.

Tempe Town Lake which is located in the heart of downtown, offers a great outdoor escape. The park consists of Bike/running trails, boats for rent and a children's water park. This is a great place to live whether you are interested in a new condo overlooking the lake, or just living in one of the great neighborhoods. Tempe is in the Kyrene school district which is one of the best in the valley, most of the schools in Tempe are rated as Excelling or Highly Excelling by the AZ Board of Education.
