Call 1-888-312-4254... Many lowrise developments amoung the highrises let bright sunlight drench this area. The views from the water of English Bay are incredible! The beaches, restaurants, and social houses make this a very delightful area to visit, and great area to live. The majority of the "vertical villages" are still rental apartment buildings and future development sites are in short supply. This means that the few strata buildings that do exist are in short supply. A mix of concrete high-rise and wood-frame low-rise, most of the strata units are older than their Downtown neighbours and generally offer larger rooms in a more established leafy setting. The co-operative owned buildings are very well maintained, well constructed and in excellent locations (many West of Denman). Call for more information...
