In San Benito County, the inventory has been on a steady decline. Now there are approximately 81 active single family homes available. 29 of those homes are priced under $400,000. Country property with acreage will start in the low $400,000 and up range. 1-5 acre parcels are starting under the $100,000 range. With the 30 year fixed rates in the low 4.00% range, it is a great time to buy and take advantage of the buyer's market we are currently experiencing. But be aware we are experience a drop in available inventory.
