Many buyers took a break from "house hunting" because of the increasing prices and overwhelming competition. The playing field has changed. Buyers are no longer rushed into making quick decisions, they can think before they buy and not act in haste. It's a more healthy market and buyers are in the drivers seat. Sellers have nothing to worry about because prices are not crashing, they are simply leveling out. The market is great right now so if you're looking to move, don't put it off hoping that things will lean more in your favor.
