I say its a buyers market, although the trend is moving toward neutral at this time. Inventory is lower than previous months, and demand is inching upward. The tax credit is a huge incentive and the deadline is approaching. Buyers are jumping off the fence and creating multiple offers. My advice is if you are a first time home buyer, then make your move now.
