Location Characteristics: The Marina Peninsula and the Silver Strand are areas of Marina del Rey that have some of the highest priced homes. They are walking distance to the beach and many cafes and shops. In addition there are several high rise condo buidings such as the Azurra and Regatta that have amazing views and resort lifestyle. There are older townhomes east of Lincoln and several large apartment complexes that provide long and short term rentals. The are many bike riders that cruise thru Marina del Rey where the bike path leaves Venice and heads into Mannhattan Beach thru the Marina neighborhoods.
