This compares with 2,353 homes/condos sold during the same period last month which translates into a 3.53% increase in the number of homes closed and a 3.91% increase in the average sold price (from $238,155 to $247,471). At the end of the month there were 18,869 homes for sale in the area; 12.91% of the available homes sold in the last month - this translates into an inventory of 7.75 months. There has been a 8.04% increase in the number of homes available for sale from January 2010 to February 2010 (from 17,465 to 18,869). During the same time period the average days on market increased (from 89 to 95).

There has been a 5.93% decrease in the number of homes available for sale from February 2009 to February 2010 (from 20,059 to 18,869). During the same time period the average days on market decreased (from 107 to 95).
