Colorado Springs is still a Buyer's Market. Many of the MLS statistics show sold homes where Sellers are paying a substantial amount of the Buyer's closing costs. This is becoming a very popular option for Buyer's these days when making an offer on a home.
The difference these days is Sellers are prepared for market conditions and oftentimes price the property knowing that they may be paying closing costs and other concessions. Given these conditions the market is turning over properties (from active, pending, to sold)at a better rate than the previous 2 to 3 years.
