Things are looking up! December home sales in Colorado Springs were UP 3.5% from 2010! The inventory of unsold homes was down 25.5% from last year (a 10 year low), indicating sellers are staying on the sidelines. Currently we have under a 5 month supply of homes on the market, which by traditional measures is a 'normal' market. With interest rates in the upper 3's, this is a fantastic time to buy a home!
