These communities have number of single family homes on the market. Currently there are 45 homes for sale. Prices start at $749,000 for a 4 bedroom,$895K for a 5 bedroom and $1,025 for a 6 bedroom. At the present time all of the properties available in Cordillera are single family homes. During the 1st Quarter of 2012 there have been no sales of condos, townhomes or duplexes. There have been 8 single family sales with a price range of $191-$350/square foot. You can't build for that. If you are a golfer and you are interested in purchasing a home in Cordillera now is an excellent time. There has been significant price change over the past year. Excellent opportunities exist in Cordillera now.
Location Characteristics: Cordillera and Cordillera Valley Club are 2 gated communities that are home to some of the nicest golf courses in Eagle County. Drenched in sun and blessed with fabulous views this is the place for the avid golfer.
