The amount of condo/townhomes on the market is down about 20% from the last 2 quarters. At the present time there are 35 condo & townhomes currently available. Prices start from $185,000 for a 2 bedroom, $249,900 to $399,000 for a 3 bedroom and most of them are 2 & 3 bedroom properties. There are 26 duplexes available, prices start at $329K, and 55 single family homes with prices starting at $600,000. During the 1st Quarter of of 2012 there were 8 condo sales and 2 townhome sales, the prices were between $163-$244/square foot and $232-$253/square foot respectively. There was 1 duplex sale and 4 single family home sales. Prices range from $203/square foot and $139-$601/square foot respectively.

A large portion of the year around residents live in and around Edwards. It is 15-20 minutes to Vail, it is 15 minutes to Eagle. Edwards has wonderful views, abundant sunshine and easy access to a vast array of commercial enterprises, shops, galleries, restaurants and all the amenities that Eagle County has to offer.
