For condos, closing prices ranged from $90,000 for a 478 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, first-floor, updated condo to $390,000 for a 662 square-foot 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, luxury condo in an historic home. The detached building which is zoned for commercial, is 5,552 square feet and sold $850,000 in 42 days. The median number of days that a property was on the market was 10 days.
