Area real estate values are leveling out now and sales are picking up. As of Sept. 16, 2009, there are 299 3/2 single family homes currently on the market and range in price from $60,000 to $4,995,000. Our new Coconut Mall has made shopping even more convenient. Single family closed sales from August 1 through September 1, 2009 totaled 69 single family homes ranging in price from $44,000 to $1,200,000.
