Coral Springs Sales R Up, Inventory is Down, lowest of prices & still low interest rate make it time to find the deal you've been waiting for.

Want less upkeep? Townhomes offer an alternate to the condo lifving with an association that usually provides the exterior upkeep & at prices much less than single family homes.

Condo complexes are numerous, most are low rise, not towering above the landscape as you in more urban, downtown areas. Bargains are available in all property types. However, location and the quality of the complex or subdivison where a home or multi-family complex do dictate pricing, not all were created equal.

Many listing are neither foreclosures or short sales, so low ball offers are not always the best avenue to take.
