Demand for luxury oceanfront condos continues at these low prices. Very, very few condos offered as an oceanfront REO, several attractive short sales for those who don't mind waiting. Almost all new condo (2007) have been sold by developers, and the short sales prices are lower than developer closeouts. Beachside homes are selling briskly, and there are some decent choices for Bank Owned (fixer-uppers) - also some easy to buy "regular sales" too.
