Hi to all: The real estate market for Residential seems to be improving here in the Fort Myers area of SW Florida. Our inventory has gone down substantially and residential sales are improving. The Commercial market is still slow. Our Foreclosures are being sold and that will bring up our median prices. Now is a good time to buy here In Fort Myers, also with the $8500 & $6500 Credits due to end at the end of April. A house has to have a sales contract signed by April 30 & close by the end of June.
