Fort Myers offers everything from luxury hi rise riverfront condos and gated communities to single family homes and golf course developments.

There were 22 closed single family sales from August 1 through Sept. 1, 2009 ranging in price from $30,500 to $790,000.

As of Sept. 16, 2009, there are currently 105 listings for Single Family homes ranging in listing price from $40,000 to $1,790,000.

Established in 1886, Fort Myers has been growing and changing dynamically will managing to maintain it's magnetic charm and appeal. The median age of the population here is 32. Downtown continues to undergo extensive renovations giving way to new restaurants, nightclubs, apartments, condos and artistic venues.
