As of today, November 20, 2009 the market has piicked up considerably. Homes are selling if they are priced right. In fact, especially those under $250,000. I am seeing multiple offers on some listings. I feel that the market has bottomed out, but if it hasn't, I doubt if it has much further to go. With interest rates lower than they have been in years, and housing prices more affordable now than in the last 10 years, it's a great time to buy.
