As of today, November 20, 2009, the market in Jupiter Inlet Colony seems to be picking up. Showings are up, which means buyers are starting to look again. I feel that the downward spiral has stopped and the market has bottomed, however, if it hasn't, it will not drop much further. A lot of baby boomers are retiring this year and they want to relocate to a warmer climate.
