As of today, November 20, 2009 the market is doing well, especially for those homes priced under $250,000. Homes are selling if they are priced right. In fact, I am seeing multiple offers on some listings, which I have not seen in years.. I feel that the market has bottomed, but if it hasn't, I doubt if prices will drop much further. The economy is doing well, interest rates are low, home prices are down and Scripps is coming along on schedule, so all economic indicators are showing that it's good time to buy.
