As of today, October 24, 2008, the market finally seems to be picking up. Homes are selling if priced right for this market and in excellent showing condition. I feel that the market has bottomed, but if it hasn't, I doubt if prices will drop much further. The economy is doing well, interest rates are low, home prices are down and Scripps is coming along on schedule, so all economic indicators are showing that it's probably a good time to buy. According to Unique Homes Magazine, Jupiter is number 9 out of 25 of the expected top rated luxury home markets for 2008.
