Prices and "quality" differ between West and East Lehigh Acres offerings. Lehigh is always more affordable than Cape Coral. Great investor opportunities to buy and rent. Approximate Location Boundaries: In the East of Lee County
Location Characteristics: Sparsly populated - still large vacant areas. Some very nice neighborhoods. Many lots are 1/2 acre. Slowly growing. Usually follows the Cape Coral market with a 2 year delay. Lehigh Aces will be very interesting to buy at, when there will be hardly any houses under $75,000 available in Cape Coral. Lehigh Acres is and has always been more affordable.
