Location Characteristics: 3 Private Islands connecting Miami Beach to Biscayne Boulevard. What a cool island...I've lived here since 2002. Our own mayor, police force (drive slow), fire department, elementary school, awesome waterfront restaurants and more. We are getting additional retail stores and a Starbucks soon. The highrise projects are some of my favorite with new lofts and private rooftop terraces & pools, floor to ceiling glass walls and amazing water views looking at the adjacent cities and skylines forming. It's an unknown island that needs better exposure as the place to be.
