PEMBROKE PINES - Despite all of the mixed opinions generated in the National news over the past several years, locally, there has been minimal variation in closed sales, closed sale prices, or the mix of sales over the last 3 years.
Owning is a better alternative to renting in most markets. I recommend that anyone considering a purchase, talk to a mortgage loan officer to see if they are qualified for a purchase. With 30 year rates under 4%, buyers will be pleased at how affordable their monthly payments can be for some of the great home deals that are currently available.Remember, housing is local, so while national concerns are definitely important, the local view is what is most important to you in making your real estate decisions For more information see sellbrowardrealestate.com.
