We're into the 3rd quarter of 2008 with sales fluctuating month to month, but as the prices drop we see a large increase in property showings on our listings and this has brought us more sales. This positive trend has shown us the market here appears to be changing and units sold have increased and could be a sign that we are bottoming out. The market has remained a strong buyer's market. A price correction is still occuring in the local market. New home starts are down and those built for speculation are still competition to the re-sale property but inventories are dropping.
