As of today, November 20, 2009, we are in a buyers market, but I believe that prices have bottomed out. I say this because of the increase in the number of buyers looking at property and making offers lately. For the first time in years, I am seeing multiple offers on some properties, especially on those priced below $250,000. With interest rates still low and homes more affordable than they have been in years, buyers are starting to feel that the time may be right to purchase. Homes are selling if they are priced right and in good condition.
