Believe it or not.....HOMES ARE SELLING IN CANTON! Yes, they are!
To give you a frame of reference, as of April 14, there is a total of 43,777 single family homes on the market in the entire Atlanta metro area.
Likewise, it might interest you to know that currently there are 586 single family homes on the market TODAY in CANTON.
There are 54 homes at or below $100,000 waiting for the savvy investor in Canton.
Available homes in Canton range in price from $13,860 for an investor special along Lewis Road to $1.8 million for a property currently used as single family residential and nature preserve/retreat but is zoned for multi-use such as 150 units maximum, assisted Living (up to 25 units may be Active Adult, over 55). Property is ideally suited for a private family retreat/enclave too.
Currently 254 single family homes are PENDING SALE in CANTON.
Since January 1st, 230 single family homes have SOLD in CANTON ranging in price from $18,000 for a boarded up shack for investment property to $775,000. Of the 230 homes sold to date, 117 were sold between 2/20 - 3/30/2012.
It might interest you to know that during 2011 -- from January 1st through December 31st 2011, a total of 1,164 single family homes were SOLD in Canton.
Looks like Canton had a pretty healthy real estate sales year in 2011! It's continuing in 2012 and is expected to be even better!
Interest rates are still at ROCK BOTTOM! This is still the best Buyer's market of all time.
